New Story Schools Columbus serves students who need special education support for social, emotional, behavioral, and academic needs. The program combines individualized instruction with therapeutic services and family collaboration. New Story Schools supports children and young adults ages 3-21 in grades PreK-12 experiencing social, emotional, educational, and behavioral challenges. We partner with families and school districts to meet the needs of students in a safe learning environment. Our schools offer authentic learning environments, small class sizes, and individualized learning plans focused on empowerment, skill-building, and academics. Multi-disciplinary teams apply evidence-based strategies to promote growth and development, in support of studentsÕ goals. Schools adhere to the state's operating standards for Ohio schools, are chartered by the State Board of Education, and provide multiple pathways towards earning an accredited Ohio High School Diploma.
