Great River Connections Academy

We offer two early childhood programs at Burbank in Upper Arlington. Our Early Intervention Program serves district residents from age 3 through kindergarten who have an Individualized Education Program. Peer models join this program when they meet its criteria. We also offer a separate full-day, tuition-paying preschool. Field trips, visits to the neighboring park and classroom visitors extend learning beyond daily activities. Family participation and communication are part of our approach. Our school has served early learners since 1983.

At Imagine Columbus Primary Academy on Heaton Road, children attend a school day that runs from 7:35 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. The campus supports English learners and helps families arrange transportation and child care as part of school life.

We serve pre-kindergarten through grade 12 students at New Story Schools Columbus, providing autism and emotional support. Our program addresses students' educational, social and behavioral needs alongside their academic work. The Columbus school offers applied behavior analysis, behavior management and training, speech-pathology support, preschool and transition programs. We use VB-MAPP and Personalized Life Skills and Academic Needs (PLAN) in program planning. Enrollment generally starts with the home district, with Ohio scholarship routes available for some families to enroll directly.
