Woodland Park Academy

Woodland Park Academy is a public school academy chartered by Central Michigan University in January 1996, and we have served Grand Blanc and surrounding communities ever since. About 300 students attend, from Pre-Kindergarten through eighth grade, including four-year-olds in our Great Start Readiness Program preschool.

Fine arts set us apart from other local public schools. Music, drama, dance and art are woven into every K-8 curriculum, and students can join our dance program, athletics teams and Honor Society.

We are a Title I school, and students with disabilities receive special education services and Section 504 support. Families can count on after-school activities and bus service, and our PTO keeps parents involved.
