Newbridge Academy for Kids
Infants, toddlers, and Pre-K children start learning through play, sensory activities, and hands-on projects at Newbridge Academy for Kids in Wheeling. We weave faith-based values into the day and provide meals for children in our care. Families can tour the center, compare the age-group programs, and ask about schedules, meals, tuition, and openings.
Patchwork Preschool
Patchwork Preschool keeps enrollment deliberately small so each child gets an individualized education. We meet at Calvary United Methodist Church in the Adamston neighborhood of Clarksburg. Our curriculum follows the West Virginia Universal Pre-K Standards and adds character education, emotion regulation, social skills, communication and Christian values. We offer three classes: Pre-K 4 for ages 4 to 5 (Monday through Thursday, 9:30 a.m. to noon, $385 per month), Pre-K 3 for ages 3 to 4 (Tuesday and Thursday mornings, $125 per month), and Patchwork Jr, a play-based class for two-year-olds. Our lead teacher is a certified West Virginia educator with a degree in elementary education. Outside the school year we run summer camps, Kids Night Out evenings and playdates.
