International Leadership of Texas, Lancaster K-8

Every grade level at ILTexas Lancaster K-8 plans and carries out its own service project each year, with minimal help from teachers. That tradition comes from our motto, "Others Before Self," and the servant leadership program at the core of International Leadership of Texas.

We are a free public charter campus serving kindergarten through 8th grade. ILTexas received its charter from the Texas Education Agency in November 2012 and now serves more than 25,000 K-12 students at 26 campuses in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Cleveland and College Station areas. All students study English, Spanish and Mandarin Chinese, and our college preparatory curriculum treats college as the expectation for every student.

Eagle Academy runs every day after school so students can master the content from their classes. Students in 3rd grade and above who miss homework stay to complete it that day. Our network's Academic Success Program partnership supports students on the path to college admission.
