About Old Mill Center for Children & Families
Old Mill Center started in 1977 as an integrated preschool, educating children with special needs side by side with typically developing children, and that preschool is still the heart of our work. Our Preschool serves children ages 3 to 6, with instruction that builds cognitive, language, and social skills alongside fine and gross motor development.
Tuition is set monthly by schedule: $700 for four days a week and $550 for three days, and it covers every part of the program, including absent days. We offer scholarships, participate in Oregon's Preschool Promise program, and hold a 5-star rating from Spark, Oregon's quality rating program for early care and education.
Today Old Mill runs seven programs across Linn and Benton counties. Intensive Treatment Services is a psychiatric day treatment program for children ages 3 to 6 with emotional and behavioral challenges, referred through Benton County Mental Health, school districts, and Head Start. Families can also access pediatric occupational and physical therapy, child and family counseling, a relief nursery, and child care at Betty's House.

A Little Dreamer's Child Care Center
A Little Dreamer's Child Care Center in Salem offers preschool, kindergarten prep, and care before and after school. The preschool and kindergarten-prep classes meet at the center, so a child is not riding to a separate school for that part of the day.
