About North Dakota Autism Center, Inc.
The North Dakota Autism Center (NDAC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving individuals and families affected by autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities throughout the Fargo, West Fargo, Moorhead, and surrounding communities. Founded in 2008 by Sandy Smith and Darcy Kasprowicz, NDAC provides evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and comprehensive family support services.
NDAC holds BHCOE (Behavior Health Center of Excellence) Full Accreditation through April 1, 2027, reflecting our commitment to the highest standards of ABA care. Our services include one-to-one ABA therapy, early intervention, school support, social skills therapy, caregiver training, toilet training, telehealth services, and BCBA supervision.
What sets NDAC apart is our flexible service delivery model, offering center-based, home-based, and school-based services across West Fargo, Fargo, Moorhead, Cass County, Richland County, Grand Forks, Jamestown, and Bismarck. Under the clinical leadership of Shelby Achter, BCBA, and Executive Director Brittney Hogan, our team emphasizes individualized, family-centered care that empowers clients and enriches lives through evidence-based practices and strong community partnerships.
