Alternative education High school completion Public school

Adrian Community Education Center is the alternative and adult education campus of Adrian Public Schools on East Maumee Street, and we run two programs. Adrian Community High School serves students ages 17 to 21 who want to finish their diploma in a smaller setting, combining traditional classes, online courses and career and technical training at the LISD Tech Center. Space is limited, with first priority for Adrian Public Schools students recommended by the high school principal and a small number of School of Choice seats. Students under 20 complete the math, English, science, social studies and elective credits required for a high school diploma, with classes Monday through Friday. Adrian Adult Education serves students who are 20 or older by September 1, with high school completion classes and GED preparation in morning and late afternoon sessions. GED candidates register for the exam separately, because we are not a testing site.
