The core mission of the BRIDGE program is to provide a supportive environment where students can earn their GED and transition successfully into higher education, vocational training, military service, or the workforce. With a focus on individualized learning, the program offers rolling enrollment and flexible scheduling, allowing students to join at various points throughout the year.

The BRIDGE program employs a comprehensive approach that includes intensive in-person classroom instruction, small class sizes, and personalized support services. Each student undergoes an initial assessment to tailor their educational pathway, ensuring that they receive the guidance necessary to succeed. Classes are designed to be engaging and accessible, with morning and afternoon sessions available four days a week. Additionally, students benefit from life skills and career coaching, which equips them with essential tools for personal and professional development.

What sets Bridge of Columbus apart is its commitment to fostering strong relationships with students and their families, as well as its unique support services. With a low student-to-teacher ratio, instructors can provide individualized attention, while case managers work closely with students to create customized graduation plans. The program also offers transportation assistance and access to a Math Tutor, ensuring that all students have the resources they need to thrive. Celebrating achievements through special graduation ceremonies and community events further enhances the sense of belonging and accomplishment within the BRIDGE program.
