About the Center
Stepping Stones Behavioral Support has been providing effective ABA therapy to the Greater Orlando area since 2006. Led by Megan Coccia, MS, BCBA, we work with you and other involved supports to provide an individualized comprehensive program that works with your family dynamics. Our approach focuses on unlocking the potential within each individual through personalized, evidence-based ABA therapy services.

The center provides in-home ABA therapy services and accepts insurance from Aetna, Cigna, Orlando Health, UMR Health, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Oscar, and Advent Health. They offer no waitlist for morning therapy sessions at the Downtown location.

Acorn Health Orlando provides ABA therapy services for children with autism. The East Orlando location is led by Clinical Director Ciara A. The team approaches treatment as a collaborative effort between each clinician, child, and family, delivering the highest quality in ABA services. They provide support to families from intake to graduation, with services including in-home, community, clinic, and school-based care to ensure comprehensive treatment. Acorn Health has been named a Behavioral Health Center of Excellence, reflecting their commitment to setting new standards in ABA treatment. Office hours are 8am to 7pm, Monday through Friday.
