Founded by Amarilys Ramos Linares, M.S., LMHC, BCBA, who has a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and 25 years of experience in mental health services, extensively working with children and adults in clinical settings as an evaluator and therapist for cognitive and developmental disorders. The organization is joined by Massiel Valdes, M.S., BCBA, and Jennie Salas Alfonso, M.S., BCBA, as members of the Board of Directors. All three hold master's degrees and are Board Certified Behavior Analysts. The company's goal is to provide the best possible treatment for children and adults who present deficits to adapt to the demands of the school, home, and other social settings, so that they can work on skills that will help them become more independent and successful. Understanding how behavior works in real situations, we aim to increase behaviors that are helpful and adaptive and decrease those that might be hurtful or affect learning. Through carefully constructed individual treatment plans, all clients may show substantial progress in important characteristics of the disorder.
