In-Home and Community ABA Therapy
Comprehensive, individualized behavior analysis services delivered in the comfort of your home or natural community settings. One-on-one sessions with trained professionals using structured teaching, visual supports, and motivation-based strategies adapted to your child's personality, pace, and learning style.
In-School ABA Therapy
ABA therapy services provided directly in school environments to support academic success and social integration.
Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Personalized evaluations that help identify why certain behaviors happen and what your child may be communicating through them. Using observation, caregiver interviews, and data collection, our Board Certified Behavior Analysts identify triggers, patterns, and strengths to better understand your child's unique needs.
Treatment Planning & Intervention
After completing the FBA, our team creates a personalized therapy plan focused on your child's goals and your family's priorities. We use research-based ABA methods to develop communication, emotional regulation, social interaction, and independence through positive reinforcement and compassionate guidance.
Parent Training and Support
Caregiver training to help you use ABA strategies at home, understand behavior patterns, and respond effectively to everyday challenges. Sessions are designed to build your confidence and strengthen family routines, available in both English and Spanish.
School Consultation
Consultation services to support schools in implementing effective behavioral strategies and interventions.
Professional Development (ACE Provider)
As an Authorized Continuing Education (ACE) Provider accredited by the BACB, we offer CEU-approved courses, workshops, and seminars designed to strengthen skills, uphold ethics, and ensure high-quality care.
Our Approach
ABA Growth & Connection was founded by two highly experienced professionals—Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs)—who share a deep commitment to the field of behavior analysis and mental health. Led by clinicians, not corporations, every decision is guided by direct knowledge, empathy, and a deep understanding of what families truly need. We provide comprehensive, individualized behavior analysis services using evidence-based ABA methods. Our approach focuses on developing communication, emotional regulation, social interaction, and independence through positive reinforcement and compassionate guidance. We believe that every child is unique and deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential, and we work to help families grow stronger together through evidence-based practices and compassionate care.

About the Center
ABA Growth & Connection was started by two BCBAs who also hold mental health counseling licenses—Lismary Pedraza Duran and Yeledys Pinero De la Rosa. Because they're clinicians first, not administrators, families often notice a difference in how personalized the care feels. They serve Miami-Dade and Broward counties, offering services in both English and Spanish. Currently, there's no waitlist, and appointments are available Monday through Saturday. They work with Medicaid and most private insurance plans.

All three hold master's degrees and are Board Certified Behavior Analysts. The company's goal is to provide the best possible treatment for children and adults who present deficits to adapt to the demands of the school, home, and other social settings, so that they can work on skills that will help them become more independent and successful. Understanding how behavior works in real situations, we aim to increase behaviors that are helpful and adaptive and decrease those that might be hurtful or affect learning. Through carefully constructed individual treatment plans, all clients may show substantial progress in important characteristics of the disorder.

Led by Dr. Penelope Johnson, a BCBA with over 20 years of experience and ADOS-2 examiner credentials, along with María Zambrano, a BCBA with 15+ years in the field. The program mixes highly structured teaching with more flexible, naturalistic learning environments—parents often appreciate this balance. They continuously track each child's progress and adjust programs as needed.
