Winston Transitions- San Francisco

Winston Transitions San Francisco is a specialized transition program for older students with learning differences preparing for college, work, and independent living. The program focuses on executive functioning, self-advocacy, and postsecondary readiness.

Winston Transitions, located in San Francisco, is a highly individualized gap year program for students ages 17-21+ with learning differences such as dyslexia, executive functioning difficulties (ADHD), and nonverbal learning disorders. Transitions provides an extension to the Winston Preparatory School educational experience when appropriate by precisely identifying and matching each student's needs. Winston Transitions is designed to continue to build academic skills while developing life and employability skills, so that students can realize individually meaningful and active participation in education, work, and life as they emerge into adulthood.
