About Creekside Middle School
Creekside Middle School opened in 2003 in Patterson and serves seventh and eighth graders from a mix of cultures in the Patterson Joint Unified School District.
Students who need help with any assignment can come to PAUSE, our free after-school tutoring, which meets each weekday afternoon. Clubs include art, PHAST (Protecting Health and Slamming Tobacco), ping pong, Pokemon, book club, garden, and Mexico club, and we have athletics and a PBIS program.
Our two counselors provide academic guidance, social and emotional support, career exploration, crisis intervention, and help with the move to high school. Students can earn membership in the California Junior Scholarship Federation (CJSF) each semester, and eighth graders who meet GPA, attendance, and conduct requirements take part in the 8th grade trip and promotion ceremony.

Northmead Elementary School
Northmead Elementary first opened in September 1922, and many of our students' parents and grandparents walked the same halls. Today we serve 650 students from transitional kindergarten through 6th grade in Patterson Unified, home of the Cubs. Alongside general education classrooms, we run an English Language Development program, a Resource Program, a Speech or Language Program, a Special Day Class for mild to moderate needs and an Extended Learning Program, all for grades K to 6. Our Autism Program serves students with moderate to severe needs in kindergarten through 2nd grade. An elementary counselor, a student support specialist and a mental health clinician work on site. Our schoolwide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports work has raised attendance and cut discipline referrals, and it earned the PBIS Platinum Implementation Award. Breakfast is served each morning before the first bell.
