Santa Ynez Valley Special Education Consortium
Santa Ynez Valley Special Education Consortium is a public multi-district special education partnership serving students ages 0-22 across seven school districts in the Santa Ynez Valley. This collaborative consortium coordinates a full continuum of special education and related services including special day classes (SDC), resource specialist programs (RSP), speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and behavioral support services. The consortium provides individualized support for students with all types of disabilities including physical, mental, emotional, learning, and speech challenges. With credentialed special education teachers and licensed therapists, the consortium ensures comprehensive services from early intervention through transition-age programming, fostering strong family partnerships and community involvement throughout the educational journey.
